BADOTP Shipping Policy

At BADOTP, we work hard to get your order out quickly and safely. This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for The Rack.

1. Order Processing

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for BADOTP to process your order.
  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, but during periods of high demand, processing may take the full 1-3 business days.

 

2. Shipping Methods

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

  • Restrictions: Due to the strength of the magnets included with The Rack, we cannot offer expedited or air shipping.

 

3. Shipping Cost

  • Shipping costs are paid by the customer.  The cost is automatically calculated during checkout, and is based on the customer’s shipping location.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through UPS.

 

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and UPS service routes.

  • In most cases, UPS Ground delivers within 3–7 business days after shipment, but this is not guaranteed. Refer to your UPS tracking number for more information.

  • BADOTP is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or operational disruptions.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • BADOTP currently ships within the United States only.

  • We can only deliver to addresses accessible by UPS Ground service.

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged packaging does not automatically qualify for a return or replacement.

  • Damaged parts inside the package will be replaced free of charge, including shipping. Please reference our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

  • Lost packages: If a shipment is confirmed lost and you can provide proof it never arrived, BADOTP will send a replacement at no additional cost.
