BADOTP 1-Year Limited Warranty

At BADOTP, we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of The Rack. This 1-Year Limited Warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship so you can buy with confidence.

1. Warranty Coverage

BADOTP warrants that The Rack will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers:

• • Manufacturing defects.

  • Parts damaged during normal use.

2. Cosmetic Durability

The Rack is built to take a beating. While we’ve designed the powder-coated finish to be scratch-resistant, this product is intended for serious use, not to stay pristine.

• Scratches, scuffs, and marks from normal use are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your rack has a manufacturing defect or sustained damage during normal use within the warranty period, contact us at info@badotp.com

Include:

• • • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Photo or video evidence of the defect.

BADOTP will review your claim and:

• • • Replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you.

    • Cover all shipping fees for approved warranty claims.

    • If The Rack needs compete replacement, BADOTP will arrange shipment free of charge.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

• • Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.

  • Modifications or alterations to the product.

  • Damages that occur during shipping.

  • Use of ratchet straps or securing methods that scratch, deform, or damage the rack.

  • Using The Rack for anything other than its intended purpose.

  • Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or normal wear and tear.

  • Normal wear and tear from real-world use.

  • Incidental or consequential damages to your vehicle, cargo, or other property.

  • Surface rust:

    • Powder coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, but hardware contact points may expose small areas over time.

    • Light surface rust is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.

    • To extend product life, we recommend touching up affected areas early, especially in high-rust regions of the U.S.

  • Incidental or consequential damages to your vehicle, cargo, or other property.

Note: In extreme cases of unexpected finish or corrosion issues, contact us at info@badotp.com. We evaluate these situations case by case and will honor any reasonable request.

5. Non-Transferable

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of The Rack.
If the Rack is resold or transferred, the warranty does not carry over to the new owner.

6. Relation to Returns Policy

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
It does not apply to returns for reasons unrelated to quality or performance. For voluntary returns, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
