BADOTP Returns & Refunds Policy

At BADOTP, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of The Rack™ and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, this policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused — you may open the box and test-fit The Rack™, but it cannot show visible wear, scratches, or damage.

  • All returns must include proof of purchase and be verified as purchased directly by the original equipment purchaser.

  • Items with visible wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

2. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Details:

  • Manufacturing defects:

    • Full refund

    • No restocking fee

    • BADOTP covers return shipping

  • Voluntary returns (non-defective items):

    • Full refund minus a 10% restocking fee

    • Customer pays return shipping

3. Defective or Damaged Items

We work hard to ensure every Rack is built to last. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@badotp.com.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence of the defect or damage.

  • BADOTP will:

    • Ship you replacement parts free of charge.

    • Cover all associated shipping fees.

    • If a full replacement is required, BADOTP will arrange it at no cost to you.

 

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return or request replacements:

1. Email us at info@badotp.com. Include:

    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Photos, if applicable

2. Wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

3. Ship your item to the return address we provide.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing visible wear, scratches, dents, or modifications.

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

  • Any item returned beyond 30 days from delivery.

 

6. Abuse of Policy

BADOTP reserves the right to deny returns or refunds for:

  • Products returned with excessive wear or damage inconsistent with normal testing or installation.

  • Attempts to return products not purchased directly from BADOTP.

  • Repeated return requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
